An off-duty police officer has been charged with negligent driving, following a single vehicle car crash at Kew.
Police say the crash occurred on Thursday afternoon at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Nancy Bird Walton Drive.
It’s alleged the 47-year-old woman – an off-duty senior constable – refused to undergo mandatory testing.
She’s due to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court in late November.
