TOUKLEY’S TALLEST BUILDING GETS THE GREENLIGHT

The Land and Environment Court has given plans for a waterfront apartment block in Toukley the green light.

The $39 million Lakeside Gardens development will include over 100 units for residents and tourists.

At 11 storeys, it will be Toukley’s tallest building.

More than 350 jobs are set to be created throughout the construction phase.
