A jury has heard claims a man, accused of murdering his father, had him killed, because he wanted to get his hands on millions of dollars in life insurance.
Lismore Supreme Court heard allegations today that Michael Phillip Martin is a trained martial arts fighter, and his dad was killed with a samurai sword.
