Fire Crews have worked overnight at Nambucca Heads to contain a fire that’s so far, burnt through 110 hectares.
More than 40 firefighters from the R-F-S, Forestry, and Fire and Rescue attended the blaze.
Firefighters were forced to backburn, to protect more than 30 properties on the northern edge of Nambucca Heads.
The fire was contained at around midnight but has continued to burn throughout the day.
The R-F-S is investigating the cause.
