Police have charged a 17-year-old boy over an early-morning blaze, which destroyed a house in Port Macquarie on Sunday.
The Gordon Street property was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
Luckily, no one was inside.
The boy is also accused of lighting a fire inside the abandoned Food For Less building in May, and a third blaze in a Munster Street duplex last week.
He’ll face court on September 6.
