Food rescue service Ozharvest hit the streets of Hamilton today, to highlight food waste in Australia.
Serving meals made from saved produce, the group sought to inspire and educate.
“I think the easiest thing to do is plan your meals, plan what your going to have for the week, write a list, go shopping and stick to that list, you’ll save money and you will not waste food”
More than four-million tonnes of food is wasted in Australia every year.
