It was a weekend of upsets in the Swim League Regional Series.
On Saturday night, the fourth placed Lake Macquarie Wizards took down the high flying Hunter Valley Vipers, 44 points to 32.
Then on Sunday, the ladder leading Central Coast Heat took on the third placed Newcastle Royalty and once again it was the underdogs who finished on top.
The Royalty winning 41 points to 35.

It is so nice to see that the local news is covering swim league, these kids put so much time and effort into this.
Just wonderful to watch these swimmers give it their all on such an exciting and fun competition.
So many family and friends are there to support and cheer on these athletes.
