Five people, including a 10-month-old baby, remain in a critical condition in Coffs Harbour Hospital following a head on crash yesterday afternoon.
The smash, which happened on the Pacific Highway near Emerald Beach at around 3pm, caused extensive delays in both directions.
The cause of the accident hasn’t been determined but police say it doesn’t appear as though speed or alcohol were contributing factors.
