There was a special occasion at Warners Bay, as Cassidy Davis celebrated her 100th WPL game.
The W-League representative created the hosts’ first chance through Jenna Kingsley.
Davis then had an opportunity of her own, but Darcie Bell had her measure.
Kingsley was also finding it tough to beat Bell, while Maddy Searl had a great opportunity for South Wallsend at the other end.
In the end the two sides couldn’t be split, finishing one-all.
In the other games, Adamstown and Wallsend scored healthy victories.
