Ferry services from Ettalong have been temporarily relocated to Booker Bay, as council begins work on the ageing wharf.
More than $240,000 has been allocated to the upgrades, which will see the construction of a new passageway and pontoon.
The revamp is set to improve the site’s overall safety and accessibility.
It’s due to re-open on July 2.
