Member for Cowper Luke Hartsuyker was back on his bike today for his annual charity ride.
Mr Hartsuyker set off from Coffs Harbour this morning and will make his way 180 kilometres south to Port Macquarie.
The money raised from the ride will be donated to the Disabled Surfers Association, Special Olympics Mid North Coast and Macleay Vocational College.
“We expect to raise this year around $15,000 but over the life of the ride we’ve raised around $100,000 just a little more. It’s a significant fundraiser for a range of good local causes.”
