Kootingal Oval officially unveiled its major upgrade today – a new electronic scoreboard.
It was made possible thanks to a $10,000 grant from the state government’s Community Building Program.
Local sporting clubs hope it’ll lead to further improvements at the facility.
“This will improve the ground, and in future we can improve our lighting and our ground service and have a top notch oval.”
The Roosters christening it with wins over Uralla in both grades.
