A man’s been granted bail in Newcastle Local Court after allegedly being found in a woman’s home at Maryville wearing nothing but underwear.
55-year-old Keith Green was arrested on Lewis Street, Maryville at around 11.30 last night, police say he was carrying women’s clothing, a wig and tie-down straps.
In court, his solicitor told the magistrate, Green will be pleading not guilty to charges of dwelling with intent, and peep and pry.
Green will face court again in June.
