Smoking will be banned at Coffs Harbour’s new adventure playground at Brelsford Park.
The $1-million facility, which officially opened last month, has become a popular area for the region’s children.
Smoking won’t be allowed within 10-metres of the playground.
As well as the smoking ban, the riding of skateboards, scooters and bicycles will also be prohibited.
Signs highlighting the bans will be installed in the park.
