It’s been revealed Coffs Harbour Council will save $4-million by awarding the management of its three swimming pools to an out-of-town contractor.
The three pools at Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Woolgoolga have been operated by three local contractors who have expressed their disappointment at the decision to go with a Newcastle-based company.
The new operator will take over in July.
