Coffs Harbour City Council has agreed to the idea of putting out an expression of interest for the Deep Sea Fishing Club site.
Director of Business Services, Andrew Beswick says as Corporate Manager of the Trust, council has agreed to a short-term lease proposal.
The high priority area for the state government is available for a three year lease.
Any EOI drafted, will have to be approved by the Department of Lands.
