A 27-year-old man is in hospital after crashing his 4WD into a tree on the Gold Coast.
Just after 6:30pm yesterday, police say the driver lost control on Wyberba Street in Tugun, colliding with a set of traffic lights before mounting a medium strip and hitting a palm tree.
The driver was taken to Tweed Hospital with minor injuries.
