After four long weeks, firefighters have finally managed to contain a large remote bushfire at Barnards Giro.
The blaze tore through more than 16, 000 hectares of rugged terrain between Gloucester and Nowendoc.
The Rural Fire Service say all fires burning on the Mid Coast have been contained.
