A man charged with the murder of his next door neighbour has fronted Lismore Local Court today.
60-year-old Nicholas Paul Howland listened as the prosecution asked for more time to collect medical assessments, including a cardiologist report – to complete the brief of evidence.
The defence, saying the autopsy reveals the victim died of a heart attack.
Howland was charged with murder, following an alleged altercation with his 51-year-old East Lismore neighbour last September.
He will re-appear before the court in April.
