A man has died in a single vehicle crash, west of Newcastle this afternoon.
Around 1pm, emergency services responded to reports of a single vehicle crash on Wollombi Road, Wollombi.
On arrival, they found a 23-year-old man trapped in the vehicle, but he later died from his injuries.
Any witnesses are urged to contact police.
