A gas leak in Tamworth disrupted traffic on the edge of the CBD for more than half an hour this morning.
Crews donned in breathing apparatus were called to clamp off the damaged pipe on Marius Street near the city’s train station.
It’s the second gas leak in Tamworth in as many days.
A workman operating a bobcat is thought to have been the cause of today’s incident.
