Dairy farmers on Mid North Coast will meet with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission next month, in a public forum.
Taree will host the state’s only ACCC hearing – allowing dairy producers to discuss problems they’re facing within the industry.
“Contracting practices, private label products, competition between the processors and all the other issues in the value chain,” Federal Minister for Lyne, Dr David Gillespie said.
The forum will be held on February 7th at Club West Taree.
