Two people have been charged after attempting to run over a police officer at Wyoming, early this morning.
It’s alleged a 25-year-old driver was speeding on Blackbutt Street, before he stopped the car and ran off.
It’s alleged a passenger then attempted to drive the car at a police officer, before she stopped the car and fled the scene.
The pair was arrested in bushland a short time later, they’ll face Gosford Local Court in the coming weeks.
