A much welcomed upgrade for cricketers and AFL players is in the works at Fitzroy oval in Coffs Harbour.
“What you’ll see is a new improved facility block, that has provisions for medical areas, umpires, improved canteen facilities and more importantly more space in the change areas.”
Council is also taking expressions of interest for an aboriginal mural, to pay respects to the land.
The project is expected to be finished, mid-year.
