A traffic crash on the Gold Coast overnight has left a woman in a critical condition.
Shortly before 11pm, a female rider and her male passenger were travelling on a powered bicycle on Yodelay Street in Varsity Lakes, when it left the road.
The woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition, while the man was uninjured.
