Member for Lismore Thomas George has snared the donkey vote, securing first place on the ballot paper for the March 26th election.
All up, five candidates are vying for the seat of Lismore
“Naturally I’m very pleased to draw number one, however there is still a lot of work to be done.”
“Well it’s a bit of a lotto draw isn’t it. But I’m happy enough with a number two.”
Closer to the coast and in Ballina Family First’s Nathan Willis is first on the ballot paper, followed by the incumbent Don Page.
Six candidates are contesting the seat.
