A motorbike rider has died in an accident in the Hunter region this afternoon.
Emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving three motorcyclists and a small truck on Putty Road, Howes Valley around 1:30pm.
Paramedics treated one of the riders, but he died at the scene.
A second male rider has been airlifted to hospital, while a third rider’s condition is unknown.
The male driver of the truck was uninjured. He has been taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
