36 Essential Energy workers have been told they’ll be made redundant just weeks before Christmas.
They’re among 600 workers the company has been given the green light to axe by 2018.
Cuts at regional depots include three in Port Macquarie, two in Taree and three in the Coffs-Clarence region.
