Coffs Harbour is set to host another major sporting event,
when the New South Wales Koori Mixed Touch Titles get underway next month.
” There’s been lots of interest locally of course they already have got about 15 sides and it’s just gone out on the net and advertising so it’s all throughout New South Wales for aboriginal people to come along with their mixed family and have a great tournament.”
There will also be a strong family focus.
” They are looking at having aborigianl dancing and bush tucker things there so it should be a good day for everybody.”
The tournament will be held at Advocate Park on the 19th of November.
