Norwegian Andreas Mikkelsen has taken out the Australian leg of the World Rally Car Championship raced on the Coffs Coast over the past three days.
The Volkswagen driver beat team mate and world champion, Sebastian Ogier, leading every stage from Friday’s start.
Record crowds attended the rally at venues across the region.
The super special stage raced at the Jetty precinct on Friday afternoon drew thousands of spectators to the short course event.
