Police are appealing to the public to help in find the man responsible for an aggravated break and enter in Bateau Bay early Tuesday morning.
The man is believed to have broken into the Belshaw Place home while the occupants were sleeping.
Police allege the offender detained and threatened a 26-year old resident before he was confronted by the other occupants and then fled the scene on foot.
