Tingha junior Bevan French’s break-out NRL year has been rewarded, with the Parramatta Eels extending his contract by a further season.
The 20 year old was already signed until the end of 2018.
In his rookie year, he scored 19 tries in just 13 matches to finish equal second on the NRL try scorers list.
That effort is expected to land him the first crack at Parramatta’s fullback spot next season.
