A Woy Woy man has been refused bail, after allegedly threatening a female shop assistant with a bottle of vodka overnight.
Police say the threat occurred as he left a Dan Murphy’s in Gosford with a number of drinks he had not paid for.
The 21-year-old was later arrested in a car that was allegedly stolen.
He was charged with car and retail theft, common assault and resist arrest.
He’ll face Wyong Court tomorrow.
