The Hunter arm of the SES has put out a call for volunteers to join a newly-formed support team.
The service says the 2015 superstorm showed there needs to be more hands on deck, to ease the pressure on current members.
To find out more, an information session will be held on Thursday October 6th at 6pm at the SES Hunter Region HQ – 72 Turton Road, Metford.
