It’s been a beautiful couple of days across the region, although the cloud cover has increased across northern NSW and south east QLD, as the onshore winds continue to build atmospheric moisture content.
That moisture will get tapped into as the next front moves in on Friday.
It will move through quite quickly, clearing from the Central Coast and Hunter on Saturday morning, clearing further north during the day to make for a fine Sunday.
There should be some moderate totals for the North West, continuing to build levels in the major catchments.
