The search for a 72-year-old man, missing in flood waters on the Far North Coast has continued today.
Derrick Matthews attempted to cross a flooded causeway in Larnook late Wednesday, but his land rover was swept into the water.
The grandfather managed to escape the vehicle, and hold onto a tree, but he was swept down stream.
SES, police and the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter have been involved in the search.
