Plans to redevelop the Armidale library have been stalled again after three counsellors signed a rescission motion, calling for another vote regarding its bid to pursue federal funding.
It’s a change to council’s previous decision to chase the funding at its meeting earlier this week.
The $12 million redevelopment of the library has been on the table for more than a year.
The issue will be voted on again in June.
