A 64-year-old man has been charged over the death of his elderly passenger, following a car roll-over south of Tamworth.
The 73-year-old man was in the front seat of the Peugeot, when it flipped on the New England Highway last week, trapping him and three others inside.
Police have since charged the driver of the car- he’s expected to face Tamworth Local Court next month.
