- Concerened train passengers on the Central Coast have called police after witnessing what they say was a baby being repeatedly abused by a man on a train at Woy Woy. The man was arrested and charged with assault.
- Cardinal George Pell has denied allegations from two men, who say they were groped by him when he was priest in the 1970’s.
- And people power has come to the rescue of a four metre long baby whale stranded on rocks at Kingscliff in Northern New South Wales managing to push him back in.
