Newcastle’s Thomas Fraser-Holmes has qualified seventh fastest for tonight’s 200-metre freestyle final at the World Championships.
Fraser-Holmes had a nervous wait after finishing fourth in the first semi-final, but eventually just managed to sneak into the top eight.
