Friends of the Botanic Garden say they want a long term tenure on the Coffs Harbour facility.
They’re in line to continue to manage the garden for at least the next 12 months, after Councillors agreed to implement a draft strategic plan.
The friends say they’re feeling slightly more positive about the future, as they negotiate a temporary license for the garden.
