Barraba is stepping up its push for an anti-drug program for young people, with the town’s RSL club proposing an advertising deal to fund the project.

Where Tamworth Family Support was discussed as a potential model for providing assistance for users, and those close to them.
“They’re not equipped to be able to deal with those who are on drugs. They’re more around domestic violence and homelessness. So we need to have a look at how we may be able to link in or not.”
They’ll meet again on August 5.
