FARRER OUT IN FORCE FOR RED SHIELD

After two false starts due to rain, students from Farrer took to the streets of Tamworth today for the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Appeal.

They may have been a month late, but the boys braved single digit temperatures as they knocked on doors in Calala, and Hillvue.

And with many in the region falling on hard times as winter bites, it was certainly a case of better late than never.
