Work will soon begin on a $13-million apartment complex in Lismore.
Council has approved the sale of almost three-thousand square metres of Harold Fredericks Carpark, to make way for the three storey development.
The Quest apartment complex will include 41 serviced apartments, a gym and a 53 car spaces.
