A 75-year-old Taree woman has been airlifted from Manning Base Hospital overnight to Royal North Shore Hospital’s ICU with serious burns.
The woman was rushed to hospital yesterday morning, after a gas heater flared up in front of her.
She remains in a serious but stable condition with burns to her face, hands and legs.
