Singleton’s bat-infested Burdekin Park is looking a little barer, with a fresh round of tree removals getting underway today.
Singleton Council has commenced work to fell and prune 60 trees, in the ongoing struggle against thousands of flying foxes.
The council has until July 31 to complete the work.
