North Lambton’s Sam Masters is a step closer to joining Belmont’s Jason Doyle on the World Speedway Series, after qualifying for the 16-man Grand Prix Challenge Final in September.
Masters finished in fourth in last night’s semi in Croatia, but he’ll have to grab a top three spot in the decider to earn a place in the 2017 world series.
