Newcastle’s very own Miss Universe Australia, Tegan Martin, returned home today, to offer some positive advice to other females in a confidence workshop.
Joining her was Miss Universe USA, Nia Sanchez.
“Business interview skills, self defence, walking tall and just different coping mechanisms that Nia and I have used throughout our childhood and teen years that have helped us get to where we are today,” said Tegan.
The workshop, designed to promote confidence and self-worth.
