Gold Coast City Councillor, Cameron Caldwell, is at risk of being arrested, if he fails to apologise over an alleged assault.
He has until tomorrow to make a formal apology to his alleged victim, Colin Ivory.
It’s claimed, he assaulted the property developer during a fundraising event at Sanctuary Cove last December.
Councillor Caldwell yesterday left on a two week overseas holiday, so could potentially be arrested on his return.
