A small upper level cold pool is making its way across the NW today. This system is going to form into a small low off the coast near Seal Rocks tomorrow. Rain will stream in over the coastal areas in between Port Stephens and Forster. Winds and seas will also increase. Elsewhere will be mostly fine.
